Terms and Conditions for Blue Mouse Gallery LLC
Age Restrictions
Classes are divided into different age ranges. Please register students for the class that fits their age. Students are not permitted to enroll in classes that are not their age despite their ability levels. The only exception would be if the student is turning that age during the course of that session. The age ranges for some kids classes overlap to allow more flexibility and options for registering. It is at the guardian’s discretion which class the student would be better suited for.
We expect all students age 3+ to be fully bathroom trained. They must be able to use the bathroom independently and without help. Our staff is not permitted to provide assistance with toileting needs, with personal hygiene, or with dressing and undressing.
Children younger than 3 years must be accompanied by a caregiver or parent at all times and are not allowed to use the toilet by themselves.
Sibling discount
A sibling discount of 10% is available for all siblings of enrolled students. In case of different program fees, the higher-priced program has to be paid in full. The discount cannot be applied to adult programs.
Missed Classes, Class Cancellations, and Storm Closings
We are unable to offer make-up classes for students who need to miss a class. Blue Mouse Gallery LLC does not issue credits or refunds for missed classes. If a student has to miss several classes due to unforeseeable circumstances, please contact us. In exceptional circumstances we may grant individual accommodation at our discretion.
We may have to cancel a class session if fewer than 3 students are registered 24 hours prior to the start of the session. We will do our best to switch students into similar classes or offer a full refund. Parents will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the class start date if their class is under-enrolled.
If we have to cancel a single class due to inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances that are beyond our control, we will send an email from bluemousegallery@gmail.com to the current contact information on file. We will do our best to arrange a make-up class or individual make-up options in case of cancelling a class.
Check-in and Check-out
For all children up to age 12, parents or caregivers on file are required to be physically present to check in and check out their participants at drop-off and pick-up. Please arrive as close to your scheduled start time as possible. We are unable to offer early drop-offs or late pick-ups.
If a parent or caregiver is unable to arrive at pick-up time due to an emergency, please contact us immediately and let us know your expected time of arrival. If we have not heard from parents or caregivers within 10 minutes of the end of the program, we will reach out to the emergency contacts on file.

Frequent late pickups may result in a child’s termination from our programming.
Food Policy and Nuts
Visitors are welcome to bring their own water bottles to classes. They must be stored securely following the directions of our staff.
In accordance with program guidelines, visitors may be allowed to bring food (e.g., during all-day vacation programs). Please be aware that Blue Mouse Gallery LLC strives to be a NUT-FREE ENVIRONMENT in order to accommodate visitors with severe nut allergies. If staff finds food that contains nuts or is not deemed safe for consumption, we will send it back home.
Medical Consent and Allergies
Parents and guardians are required to inform Blue Mouse Gallery LLC about any medical or dietary issues that could impact the safety or wellbeing of any child in our program. If your child carries an EpiPen or requires any other medical accommodation, please talk to us prior to your child’s first visit. We will do our best to accommodate your child’s needs.
If a child requires medical attention during class, we will reach out to emergency contacts on file. If we cannot reach a parent or guardian in a medical emergency, our staff will arrange medically necessary treatment.
Behavior Policy
Participants and visitors shall behave in conformity with our program’s mission to provide a safe, friendly and supportive community that is open to all. In case of gross misconduct, Blue Mouse Gallery LLC has the right to end a student’s participation in the program immediately, and we will ask visitors in violation of our behavior policy to leave the premises. In the case of gross misconduct, no refund will be made. Although Blue Mouse Gallery LLC maintains high safety standards, we do not assume liability for accidents, illness, or disease.
Students and visitors will be asked to immediately leave our premises for the following reasons:
Disrespectful behavior toward staff or other visitors
Requiring excessive staff attention that impacts the supervision and therefore safety of other participants in the class (If your child needs special attention, please talk to us before enrolling in our program so that we can find ways to accommodate their needs.)
Physically or verbally harming or assaulting another individual and/or themselves
Any form of harassment based upon an individual's sex, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, religion or any other characteristics
Theft or damage of Blue Mouse Gallery LLC’s or other visitor’s personal property
Bringing a weapon or any other dangerous devices onto our premises
Exhibition and Sale of Student Artwork
Students will be asked to choose one artwork per class session for exhibition in our gallery. They can choose to either show their artwork temporarily in our upcoming exhibition and take them home after the exhibition ends, or they can choose to offer their artwork for sale. The sale price of an artwork will be determined by Blue Mouse Gallery LLC. In case of a sale, 50% of the profit will be credited to the artwork’s creator to be used for the purchase of any future services or products at Blue Mouse Gallery LLC. 50% of the profit will be charged as a sale fee by Blue Mouse Gallery LLC. Any additional costs covered by Blue Mouse Gallery LLC (e.g., framing or other improvements for the presentation of artwork) will be deducted from the sale price to determine the actual profit of the sale.
